Mike Scarlett

  On our Sunday Funday, 11/4/04, we played a Texas Scramble in teams of two. As usual a great day was had by all, especially myself and my partner on the day, Mike Scarlett! We had a fabulous front nine between us, ending up just 2 over par. Our back nine wasn´t as good as the front, but we finished up with a round of 80. After discounting 20% of our combined handicap (10.6) we just beat the other half of our four-ball, Andy & Elaine Knapman. They ended up with a round of 81 less 10 shots for 20% of their combined handicaps. Scores were also very close after that with just 1 shot separating 2nd from 3rd. One of our guests who played with us on Sunday also played with us last August, Daniel, a 15 year old wiz-kid from Leeds playing off 18.
